Self-Reflection Questionnaire

  1. How many miles can I walk per day?  Can I walk 8 to 9 miles per day?

  2. If I am a non-walker, will I be able to walk at all?

  3. How committed am I to physical preparation?  Do I have a plan?

  4. How committed am I to spiritual training (both personally and in group training sessions)?

  5. How will I handle challenges on this trip emotionally and spiritually?

  6. Can I live in an Ephesians 6:12 mindset if I encounter difficult interpersonal situations?

  7. If I am tired or upset, can I put that aside and minister to others in the short time that we are there?

  8. With enough training, do I have the initiative to separate from the group and witness to someone as God leads?
